  • All Forum content (presentations, materials, recordings) is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or sell Forum content without prior written consent.
  • Sharing insights and learnings is encouraged, provided proper attribution is given.

5. Privacy and Data

  • Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event administration and communication.
  • The Forum will not sell or misuse participant data.

6. Partnerships and Sponsorships

  • Partners and sponsors must align with the Forum’s mission of sustainability, equity, and justice.

7. Liability

  • The Forum is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during participation.
  • Participants attend at their own risk and are encouraged to follow safety guidelines.
